How do I get a PDF I have paid for?+
The download link is emailed to you as soon as the payment goes through, and it also appears on the page straight after checkout. The link opens your own page, where you can download the file again at any time.
Why is my email address printed on the PDF?+
Paid PDFs are marked with the buyer's email address at the foot of each page. The file is for your own study. Please do not share or resell it.
Are the free downloads really free?+
Yes. Some open straight away and some ask for your email address first. If you give your email, we also send a few short study tips, and you can unsubscribe from any of them.
Do the practice tests use real OET exam papers?+
No. Every text and question was written by our team for practice. We do not use recalled exam content, and we are not affiliated with OET.
Can I read the PDFs on my phone?+
Yes. They are ordinary PDF files and open on any phone, tablet or computer. You can also print them.
