OET Writing Pass Course: 14 letters in 14 days, every one marked.

You already know the medicine. The letter is a different skill, and it improves the way any skill does: write one, see where the marks went, write the next one better.

  • Fourteen daily lessons by email, each with a video lesson and a letter to write.
  • Every letter is marked by AI on the six OET criteria in about a minute, followed by a model letter.
  • Add 2 to 10 letters corrected by hand by our educators, each returned within 48 hours.

Fix first: Conciseness & Clarity

You narrated the admission day by day. The reader needs the outcome: summarise the hospital course in two sentences.

An example of the scorecard you get on every letter. Practice feedback, not an official OET result.

About an hour a day. Here is the hour.

Every lesson runs the same way, so by the third day you stop thinking about the course and think about the letter.

  1. 1

    Your lesson arrives

One email a day with a link to your own lesson page. Nothing to install, no group to join.

  2. 2

    Learn one thing

A short lesson on one part of the test, with a wrong and a right example and the matching video.

  3. 3

    Write the letter

Case notes and a task on the same page. Type it, or write it by hand as you will on a paper test.

  4. 4

    Marked in about a minute

A score on each of the six criteria, the first thing to fix, and whether you did what the lesson taught.

  5. 5

    Read the model letter

A model answer for the same case notes, with notes on why each choice works. Then rewrite once.

Not a doctor or a nurse? In any lesson you can pick a case for your own profession from ourcase notes library and send that letter instead.

Two kinds of feedback, at two speeds

The AI is there every time you write. A person is there when you want a letter gone through line by line.

AI marking

In about a minute

  • On all 14 letters, in every plan
  • A score on each of the six criteria and an estimate out of 500
  • Rewrite and submit again: up to three markings per letter
  • Any hour, any day. No queue.

Correction by our educators

Within 48 hours

  • 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10 letters, spread evenly through the course
  • Corrected line by line by a person, with written comments
  • Type your letter, or attach a photo of a handwritten page, a PDF or a Word file
  • Returned on your lesson page; we email you when it is ready

When our educators work

Real people keep real hours, and we would rather tell you now. You can send a letter at any time: nothing is refused, and a letter sent out of hours waits in a queue.

The fourteen lessons

The order follows the six OET Writing criteriapublished by OET, then applies them to the letter types you are most likely to meet.

Frequently asked questions

Who marks my letters on this course?+

Letters you submit on the lesson pages are marked by AI against the six OET Writing criteria. It is practice feedback with an estimated score, not an official OET result. If you choose a plan with human corrections, 2 to 10 of your letters are also corrected by hand by our educators.

What happens in each lesson?+

Each day an email brings a link to your lesson page: one idea explained, a video lesson, and a set of case notes with a writing task. You type your letter into the page and submit it. A scorecard and a model letter follow.

How is this different from the 10-day course?+

The 10-day course covers the six criteria. The OET Writing Pass Course has fourteen lessons with different case notes, adds separate lessons on referral, discharge and transfer letters, a rewrite lesson and a final-week plan, and links each lesson to a video.

Which professions is it written for?+

The set tasks use medicine and nursing case notes. In any lesson you can choose a case from our library for your own profession and send that letter instead. The six criteria are the same for every profession.

How do the human corrections work?+

You choose 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10 when you enrol. They open at even intervals through the course: with four, on lessons 2, 5, 9 and 12. On those lessons you send your letter to our educators from the lesson page, typed or as a photo, PDF or Word file. It comes back within 48 hours on the same page. A correction you do not use stays open for a later lesson.

When do your educators work, and what if I send a letter when they are closed?+

Our educators work Friday to Tuesday and are closed on Wednesday and Thursday. They take letters until 9 pm Egypt time and correct one letter per student a day. You can still send at any time: a letter sent late, or on a closed day, is held in a queue and goes to them at 9 am Egypt time on the next working day. Your lesson page shows when it is due back.

How fast is the feedback?+

AI marking takes about a minute and is included on all 14 letters. A human correction is returned within 48 hours of reaching our educators, not counting Wednesday and Thursday, and we email you when it is ready.

What does the course cost?+

The course with AI marking on all 14 letters is $35. With human corrections it is $53 for two, $69 for four, $83 for six, $97 for eight and $110 for ten, so each correction costs less the more you add. Until 2 November 2026 a launch offer lowers these to $15 for the course and $45, $56, $67, $80 and $90 with corrections.

What if I miss a day?+

Nothing is lost. Every lesson that has been emailed to you stays open on your course page. Submit your letter when you are ready and it is marked as normal.

Does the course guarantee the grade I need?+

No course can. The estimated scores are a guide to which criterion is holding you back and whether it is improving. Check the Writing grade your own regulator asks for, because they are not all the same.

Your first letter could be marked tonight.

Lesson 1 opens the moment you pay. Write the baseline letter, and you will know your starting score before you sleep.
