Submission days and how to send your letter

  • Open Friday to Tuesday — closed Wednesday and Thursday. Weekly cut-off is Tuesday 9:00 PM Cairo Time (EET). Anything sent on Wednesday or Thursday is not added to the queue — resubmit it on Friday.
  • After booking, check your inbox — you will receive an email with submission instructions within 5 minutes of placing your order. Reply with your letter as typed text, a Word/PDF document, or a clear photo of a handwritten letter.
  • Case notes: use your own, message us on WhatsApp for a set, or pick one free from our case notes library or the case notes generator.
