Submission days and how to send your letter
- Send any day — we correct Friday 9:00 AM to Tuesday 9:00 PM Cairo time. A letter sent while we are closed joins the Friday morning queue, and you are told the exact time it reaches your teacher. Letters received by Tuesday 9:00 PM keep their full turnaround. One letter a day.
- Your own letters page — right after payment you get your page (and an email with the link). Paste or photograph the case notes and your letter: typed text, Word, PDF or a photo of a handwritten page. Or email it to [email protected] from the address you booked with and we file it on your page. Typed letters get an instant AI score; your correction, marks and progress come back to the same page. How much does a single letter correction cost?+
A single letter costs $22 with 24 hours turnaround, $18 with 48 hours turnaround, $15 with 72 hours turnaround. Local tax or VAT may be added at checkout.
What do I get back for each letter?+
Six marks, one for each OET Writing criterion, and an estimated grade out of 500. Then every mistake corrected with the reason, your own letter rewritten with the corrections applied, notes on grammar and vocabulary, and what to practise next. Also as a PDF.
How fast do I get my letter back?+

Yes. Attach a photo of each page, up to three pages, or a PDF or Word file. You can also email it. Typed letters get an AI score straight away while your teacher marks the full correction.
Do I need to use your case notes?+
No. Use the case notes from your own practice book or tests, or take one from our free case notes library. Send the case notes with the letter, so your teacher can check what you included.
Who corrects my letter?+
A teacher in Dr Mariam's OET writing team. Dr Mariam's team has corrected more than 11,000 letters since 2014. A teacher reads, changes and signs off every correction before it comes back to you.
Is the grade an official OET result?+
No. It is an estimate from the six criteria and the level descriptions OET publishes, to show you where you stand. Only OET issues an official result. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with or endorsed by OET or CBLA.
How long can I use my letter?+
Your letter stay open for 180 days from the day you pay. You can send one letter a day. Unused letters are not refunded, so choose the size you will use. See our refund policy for the details.
Is one corrected letter enough to reach Grade B?+
One letter is a diagnosis, not a full preparation. It shows which of the six criteria costs you the most marks, so you know what to practise. Most candidates then need several corrected letters to make the fix consistent.
Should I get a letter corrected before retaking OET Writing?+
Yes. Your OET result gives you a score, not the reason for it. One letter written under test conditions and marked on all six criteria shows where the marks went, so your retake preparation targets that criterion.
