Access length and refunds
How long your purchases stay open, where to see the date, what happens when access ends, and where the refund policy is.
In short
- Most purchases are open for 180 days from the day you paid. The OET Detective Challenge is open for 90 days.
- The date is on each course card, as "open until", and each letter pack, as "use by".
- Refunds are described on the refund page. Write to support with your order number.

Open My courses. Each course card shows "open until" and each letter pack shows "use by".

If a purchase has ended, it is listed under Ended with its end date.

How long a purchase stays open
- Most purchases, including courses, downloads, mock tests, speaking practice and letter packs: 180 days from the day you paid.
- The OET Detective Challenge: 90 days from the day you paid.
- All-Skills bundles: the length in the bundle's name, which is 1, 3 or 6 months.
Inside that time you can open every lesson, download and mock test as often as you like. The exact date is on your courses page.
When access ends
The purchase moves to Ended on My courses, and signing in shows "Your access ended on" with the date. Letter pack credits must be used within 180 days, and unused or expired credits are non-refundable under the refund policy.
Refunds
The refund policy says all sales are final because digital services give instant access. It lists the cases we consider: duplicate payments, verified technical issues that prevent access, and billing errors reported within 7 days. The full policy is on the refund page, and the terms say more about access.
Payments are handled by Fungies Inc, our Merchant of Record, which emails your payment confirmation. Our system sends a welcome email within 5 to 15 minutes after purchase. If you cannot find it, check spam and then write to support.

How long do I have access to a course?+
Most purchases are open for 180 days from the day you paid, which is about 6 months. The OET Detective Challenge is open for 90 days. Bundles are open for the 1, 3 or 6 months in their name.
Where can I see when my access ends?+
On the My courses page. Course cards show "open until", letter packs show "use by", and purchases that have ended are listed under Ended.
Can I get a refund?+

I never got my welcome email.+
It is sent within 5 to 15 minutes after purchase. Check your spam folder, then write to [email protected]. You can also sign in on My courses with the email you paid with.
