Steps

For a question about OET or your study, ask Adam. If he cannot answer, press "Send to Dr Mariam's team" under his answer, add an optional note and press "Send".

On WhatsApp or Telegram, send HELP. Add a note after a colon, for example "help: my question".

For a question about a letter or your account, use the Questions box at the bottom of your letters page and press "Send question".

For billing, access or anything else, use the contact page or email [email protected].
Which way to use
- Adam's button: for a study question Adam could not answer. Your last few messages go with it, so you do not have to repeat yourself. You can send up to 3 a day this way.
- HELP on WhatsApp or Telegram: sends your note straight to the team. You can send up to 3 a day on each channel. The reply says the team replies by email, usually within 1 working day.
- The Questions box on your letters page: ask about your letters, the exam or your account. We answer by email and keep every question with your order.
- The contact page and [email protected]: for payments, access and anything else.
Good to know
Replies come by email, so check your spam folder. Please do not email your letters to the support address: send them from your letters page. For problems signing in, see sign in and devices. For money questions see access length and refunds.
Questions about this
How many questions can I send to the team?+
Up to 3 a day from Adam's button, and up to 3 a day with HELP on each of WhatsApp and Telegram. At the limit the button says you have sent the most questions we can take today, and to try again tomorrow.
How do the team reply?+
By email, to the address on your account. The HELP reply says the team usually replies within 1 working day. Check your spam folder if you do not see it.
Should I email my letter to the support address?+
No. Send letters from your letters page, or from the letters email address if your page shows one. The support address is for questions, payments and access.
Who do I write to about payment or access?+
Write to [email protected] from the address you paid with, or use the contact page. Include your order number if you have it.
